Appetizer: Steamed turnip with sea urchin, silver sauce, squid with dried mullet roe, Shiraae (Japanese mustard spinach, salmon roe)

Boiled Jigokuage, Boiled Kintoki Carrots and Plums, Senshato, Boiled Blowfish, Black Beans and Matsuba Sashimi, Maruju Senbei

Soup: Crab meat and mushrooms in clear soup (white maitake mushrooms, mizuna, yuzu, and hanafu)
